Purchases & Refunds

All refund requests received by Unichrone are processed through the same gateway within 7 working days of receiving the request.
For any exceptional cases where you have not received the refund amount, you can raise a ticket by logging into our Dedicated Support available at the bottom of this page.
We shall get back to you with an update on your refund request or valid reasons in case of rejections.
The request must be sent via email from the email address used to register on our website www.Unichrone.com to buy the course. Please mail refund requests to support@unichrone.com
Please state the date of purchase, name of the course and purchase receipt details like order ID and transaction ID in the email.
All refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the refund request by the mode through which it was paid. Subject to payment gateway terms and conditions, also local statutory laws.
Refund of duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 working days after intimation by the customer. To initiate the same, you are required to raise a ticket by logging into our Dedicated Support available at the top of this page. Please provide the payment order details of the duplicate payment made and the registered Email ID with which the payment was done in the ticket description.
If you notice fraudulent transactions on your card, you can contact your bank to raise a chargeback. In case you do not wish to raise a chargeback with your bank, please create a ticket by logging into our Dedicated Support facility available at the top of this page.
Ensure that you provide the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card in the ticket description.
On reviewing your ticket, we will raise a refund request and the same shall reflect in your account within 10 business days.
You are eligible for a refund of your course fees if you fulfill any of the criteria mentioned below: If a cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the event, 10% of total fees paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
If a cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to the event, no refunds will be made. However, customers can propose a replacement instead.
In case Unichrone cancels an event, 100% of the course fee will be refunded to the customer.
In case Unichrone reschedules an event and the customer is not comfortable with the revised dates, then 100% refund of amount paid will be processed to the customer. Please visit Refund PageFor more details on refund.

Online Courses

Participants have the option of re-attending the Live Virtual Classroom batch in case they missed it.
For this, you are required to contact the sales owner with complete details or raise it with our Dedicated Support facility on chat,call or via email.
You will be accommodated in the upcoming batch of the course and we shall inform you of the same once confirmed.

Exams

You can reschedule your exam. However, the exam booking done through different Examination Institutes has the following validity:
APMG: 30 Days (for countries other than US or India)
PEOPLECERT: 1 year (for India)
EXIN: 1 Year (for US and Canada)
CSME: 30 Days (for US and Canada locations apart from these certifications:Professional Agile & Scrum Certification,Cloud Computing Foundation,COBIT 5) You can use your exam vouchers received from Unichrone to access the exam well within this timeframe.

Ensure that you provide your home/communication address as well as preferred exam date and time in the ticket description.We will then duly book the exam and share the voucher with you.
For courses where the examination authority is Unichrone,results can be viewed immediately after attempting the exam.
For all other courses where the examination authority is other than Unichrone,results are declared within 15 days of appearing for the exam by the examination body.
Examination for Classroom Workshop participants is generally conducted on the last day of the workshop for all the courses except PMP, CBAP etc.,where participants have to enroll directly with the governing body to appear in the exams.
If you have not taken the Exam on the last day of the workshop, then please contact our support team on support@unichrone.com. Kindly ensure you provide your home/communication address and preferred exam date and time in the description. We shall then duly book the exam and share the exam vouchers with you.
Please note that these exams will be online webcam proctored exams. If you wish to go for a paper-based test, we will arrange that as per the next classroom batch in your city.

Course & Content

Delay in completion of the course may happen due to various reasons. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Delete browser cookies.
Update the Flash Player.
Update your browser to the latest version. Particularly Internet Explorer (IE 7 or higher) and Firefox (3.x or higher).
If you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > switch to the "Advanced" Tab > scroll down to the "Multimedia" sub-heading > make sure the box next to "Play sounds in web pages" is checked > Click "ok" > Restart Internet Explorer and test to see if the audio plays.
